Technofobie in metallyrics

Voor mijn bachelorscriptie over Gunther Anders' stuk 'Die Antiquertheit des menschen', waarbij ik inga op zijn angst voor de zelfvernietiging van de mens/onze jaloezie ten opzichte van de techniek gekoppeld, om dit vervolgens te koppelen aan hoe science-fiction deze concepten vanaf de jaren '50 heeft ontwikkeld (en vervolgens de vraag stel of Anders' gedachtes zijn uitgekomen), ben ik eigenlijk nog op zoek naar quotes uit metallyrics die ik als opening bij de hoofdstukken kan gebruiken. So far heb ik Queensryche en Nevermore (Sentient 6) wel, maar ik zoek meer! Ik weet dat er in het US metal en thrash metal genre best wel wat bands zijn, maar kunnen jullie mij helpen met het vinden van de juiste teksten.

Dit maakt de scriptie zelf uiteindelijk niet beter in inhoudelijk opzicht, maar het is pure stijlkeuze die ik maak omdat ik uiteindelijk vind dat in de popcultuur vaak meer interessante uitspraken worden gedaan dan in de filosofie alleen.
