PERSIAN RISK - ONCE A KING (BLACK)
Persian Risk were one of the most promising acts of the glorious New Wave Of British Heavy Metal era. But somehow luck was not on their side. They originally formed in Cardiff (in the area of Rhydyfelin to be precise) in 1979. Their debut 7" single "Calling for you" is a precious collectors item today, followed by "Ridin' High" on Neat Records in 1983 and the "Too different" 12" EP a year later. However, the first longplayer "Rise up" was not released until 1986 (issued on Metal Master), by then the N.W.O.B.H.M. was truly over. A case of too little too late. The original incarnation of Persian Risk split up for good in 1986 (with only one single gig played in London in 1986 including Paul Di'Anno guesting on "Jane"). Quite surprisingly, vocalist Carl Sentance (one of the truly great singers of the N.W.O.B.H.M. period) reformed the group recently. The new album "Once a King" is one of the best comeback albums in recent Metal history.

ALUK TODOLO - OCCULT ROCK (2LP)
Eight hypnotic tracks, an ultimate entheogenic ceremony that reveals the power trio's live energy and osmosis, and the individuality and roughness of each instrument, with an emphasis on the inter-penetration of all the components of an organic and tetanizing trance ritual. This opus recounts the alchemical transformation of the primordial vibration into matter, through all its elemental phases, leading to the sonic manifestation of the forces of the universe into the octagonal prism of 'Occult Rock'.

WARPIG - WARPIG
This new edition of 500 copies comes with a full-color insert. "Lion Productions, in association with Kreation Records, proudly unearths another buried-treasure of pure 70s hard rock in Canada's WARPIG. This is an early masterwork of psychedelic proto-metal. A high quality, remastered piece of vinyl that combines sounds from the era of rock that is timeless and just so good. Elements of Black Sabbath (of course), Flower Travelin' Band, Uriah Heep and even Grand Funk Railroad make this album easy to love. You will be suprised that this band was not a success in the past once you hear it-it's that good. Warpig's long-sought-after self-titled debut will surely satisfy the cravings of both longtime collectors and the new breed of retro-rockers alike!"; "Ultra rare heavy progressive psych hard rock album, only released in Canada in 1970. Some serious stuff, heavy and psychedelic, groovy and dark, Warpig were a heavy rock outfit very much in the spirit of Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Iron Butterfly, Blue Oyster Cult. Heavy heavy riffs, thick fuzzy organ, kick ass drumming, and wild wailing vocals, lengthy extended riffing, organs atop guitars, slithery snake-like leads, throbbing sludgy bass lines, and catchy songs. Every track is a killer: the wild proggy Jethro Tull-ish groove of the opener 'Flaggit,' the 'In A Gadda Da Vida' meets Black Sabbath jam 'Tough Nuts.' One of the best (and strangest) tracks is the lengthy instrumental epic 'Advance In A Minor,' a dense moody, almost classical sounding metallic prog workout, with loping minor key stretches of muted low end guitar strum and simple piano chords, strung between killer bursts of mathy prog, staccato and dynamic, the whole track eventually twisting itself into some slow burning hard rocking blow out, propulsive and relentless. Later on comes another lengthy jam, the strangely titled 'U.X.I.B.,' rife with wild wailing leads, a groovy main riff, fuzzed out organ, and long stretches of blissed out space rock drift, with the vocals not joining in until nearly halfway through. Unlike a lot of supposedly heavy "proto-metal" records, where one or two of the tracks rock super hard and the all the rest are just bad twelve bar blues bar rock, every track here is heavy and proggy and groovy and spacey and pretty dang metal for 1970." This new edition of 500 copies comes with a full-color insert

WITCHBURNER - BLOODTHIRSTY EYES (BLACK)
Gatefold cover, insert, limited 350x black vinyl. You've been into thrash metal for a while? Then you surely know Witchburner from Fulda, Germany. They've been active in the German underground scene since 1992 and they never surrendered. Witchburner kept the spirit alive when everyone else was going astray, and they didnt give a damn about trends that kept coming and going or about the problems that naturally occur when a band has to struggle with constant changes in the line-up. Now, after twenty years of relentless thrashing, and after having released six albums and nine demos, splits and EPs, Witchburner are about to unleash yet another pure old school thrash attack. Bloodthirsty Eyes" is their first full-length on High Roller Records

WITCHGRAVE - WITCHGRAVE
425gsm heavy cardboard cover, black vinyl, ltd. 500, A2 poster. Witchgrave from Vaxjo, Sweden, are a phenomenon - they play N.W.O.B.H.M. just like it came straight from the old days of glory, yet they are young and hungry (or better: thirsty). The band is rightfully satisfied with the reactions to their first release, the mini album "The Devil's Night" which came out on High Roller Records in 2010 and sold out very quickly

INCOMING CEREBRAL OVERDRIVE - LE STELLE: A VOYAGE ADRIFT
Born at the dawn of the new millennium in Italy, I.C.O. (Incoming Cerebral Overdrive) are heavy to the core. The end of the first decade of the new millennium marks a new step in the evolution of the band. The title of the new chapter is: "Le Stelle: A Voyage Adrift". The concept, an imaginary, dark and lonely trip adrift discovered in a diary. Emotions of fear, anger and irrational excitement are expressed, waiting for a certain epilogue into desolation, a final annihilation in a cosmic fusion. Sonically, this new album is a journey that intersects and expands in a huge, deep and at times, claustrophobic monolith. Heavy cavernous guitars with back-breaking riffs, multifaceted, effect laden vocals and rhythmic notes plunge into a psychedelic mix of unpredictable sounds of distress and madness that we, the recipient, can only succumb to. The album ultimately analyses the irrational, insane feelings of the man who face a journey toward the unknown. A diary has been found, but we cant say anything more than whats written inside. Impossible to identify the places (real or not, who knows) that he explored, what shines through his words are his fears, sensations and frustrations fed by a sense of belonging to a chaotic, incontrollable, and compromised whole. The participation of Urlo and Poia of Ufomammut, both during the composition and the recording sessions opens the project to a new light. Recorded in Rome at Locomotore Studio by Lorenzo Stecconi (already soundlord for such important discs as Ufomammut and Lento). TRACKLIST 1. Mirzam - 2. Sirius - 3. Betelgeuse - 4. Kochab 5.
