Crimson Falls

Crimson Falls blends a wide range of influences into an intense, passionate and crushing unity of death metal, metalcore and thrash metal. Expect fast and aggressive riffs, brutal mosh breakdowns, blistering blasts, complex rhythms and melancholic melodies. Influences include the mighty At The Gates, All Shall Perish, Lamb Of God, Heaven Shall Burn, Behemoth, In-Quest, Meshuggah, Nevermore & Aborted.. to name just a few. However, Crimson Falls has a face of their own, so don..t expect a mere copy of any of the aforementioned bands.

Crimson Falls proclaims a positive message of freedom, self-confidence and following your dreams, while other songs put the finger on the pulse of our modern society and it..s excesses. A variety of topics is brought up, going from a personal outlet of emotions ("When The Blood Becomes Adrenaline", ..Poetry For The Scum..), over topical social issues ("Controle Alt Delete", "Book Of Memories", ..Martyr Vs. Terrorist..) to the expression of a positive attitude in life ("Erase All Fear", ..Four Slaves, Four Struggles.., "The Crimson Eyed"). This band is for the moshers as well as the headbangers, the metalheads ànd the hardcore kids. No limits, no boundaries.

:: NEW FULL CD ::

This Sunday 15.09.2008 we’ll be entering CCR Studio (www.ccrstudio.be/) for the recordings of our second full cd! We’ve composed 11 new kick ass songs with which we believe we have moved our limits again. To us this is the best stuff we have ever written, but of course audience & press will have to judge about that. Avernus Studios (www.myspace.com/avernusstudios) will be taking care off the artwork again. More information like the cd-title and tracklist will be revealed later on. We hope to see the new album out early 2009!

Time for another update from the CF-front!

:: THE DEAD E.P. SET FOR RELEASE! ::



Next Sunday 30.11.2008 we’ll be releasing THE DEAD E.P. on the annual Posthuis Metal Meeting. The Dead E.P. is a brand new concept-cd, built around the songs ‘In Flanders Fields’ & ‘We Are The Dead’, the theme of the First World War and the battle for freedom. As two of the four songs on this E.P. were already featured on our previous full cd, we don’t consider this E.P. as our ‘real’ new release. That honour goes to our second full cd, to be release in 2009. This E.P. is just a project we wanted to do for ourselves and by ourselves, DIY, as we found the lyrical content very striking and thought this was nice opportunity to do something special with these songs.

THE DEAD E.P. contains 4 songs;
1. In Flanders Fields (taken from ‘The True Face Of Human Nature’)
2. We Are The Dead (taken from ‘The True Face Of Human Nature’)
3. In Vlaanderens velden (previously unreleased)
4. Cordoba (previously unreleased)

The artwork was designed by Tom for Suspiria Design (http://www.myspace.com/suspiriadesign).

The E.P. can be ordered as of now by sending an email to crimsonfalls@hotmail.com and of course it’s available on our upcoming shows. We’re also setting up a small, but decent distribution to make it available in other ways as well. THE DEAD E.P. will be available soon at:

Meanwhile the production of our next full cd is nearly finished! Mixing is almost done, just some last details have to be changed and then it can be mastered in the beginning of December. Svencho Avernus Studio is finishing the artwork as we speak, so we hope to reveal more details about the new album, such as album title, tracklist, front cover & releasedate soon! Expect 11 new devastating Death Metal/Metalcore tracks, more brutal ànd melodic than ever before!

Now the biggest part of the studio work is behind us we can get back on stage again. First all we will release THE DEAD E.P. next Sunday at PMM ’08.



This will be our first show in 5 months, apart from our appearance at the Massdeathtruction Fest in Namur. The weekend after we’re doing a weekend-tour with UK Deathcore Pride BLEED FROM WITHIN and rising stars A TRAIL OF HORROR to celebrate this release some more! An overview of our upcoming shows:
