With “Gods” HERDER is taking another big stab forward with an even darker, date-rapier and heavier sound than on their previous work (once again done by professional bar brawler and string wizard JB at Hewwetover Studio). The songs show more depth and have a more sinister feel without losing the knuckle-sandwich-buffet-in-your-face brutality the band became infamous for. This is so hard, it makes your head feel like a piñata at a Major League Baseball showoff. A plowing fist that drives your teeth straight into your stomach. HERDER is a band that doesn’t need much words beside their well-known “HERDER is HARDER” phrase. And GODS, featuring the incredible art of Mattias Frisk (ao Ghost, Vampire, Entrapment) is the new chapter in the dark, evil and fucked up loudness that is HERDER! Oathbreaker
Oathbreaker are a hardcore band from Ghent, Belgium. After their formation in early 2008, Oathbreaker released a debut self-titled 7” EP on the British label thirty days of night records. The release was well received by many worldwide and propelled the band to tour Europe. There they shared stages with Entombed, Amenra (whom they share a member with), Blacklisted, Trap Them, and more. They released their debut album “Mælstrøm” in 2011 through Deathwish Inc.. The follow-up Eros|Anteros, on Deathwish Inc. was released on August 20th 2013.
STARVE
The music of STARVE is a soundtrack for all the filth and injustice, all the greed, despair and fear that we see in the world. Musically, the band has been influenced by the harsh, bleak sounds of sludge metal and the fighting spirit of old blues, sometimes mixed with the more laid-back attitude of legendary southern rock bands.
Dresden/Leningrad
We are Dresden/Leningrad, a Stoner/Doom trio from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. During the two years we have been playing together, we released 2 records, the 'Vader' EP in August 2012 and 'De Tirannie' in November 2013. We draw our inspiration from scenes of War and 70's rock. With our music, we attempt to paint a picture; a gruesome, gloomy picture of a battlefield; where all hope is abandoned; where it is everybody for themselves; here, the reason for fighting has been long forgotten; soldiers are so down on their luck that despair is there only remaining ally.
