Ik snap dat buiten het legendarische album Black Metal, wat nog steeds ontbreekt in m'n CD-rek, nog vele andere albums van deze band aan te raden zijn.
Het enige wat ik in huis heb van deze mannen, is de dubbel-live-CD: Kissing The Beast.
Wat zijn, buiten deze twee albums, de andere albums die sterk aan te raden zijn?

bedoel je the singles 80 - 86?Edwynn schreef:At War With Satan en het recentere Resurrection zijn ook wel de moeite waard. Ook circuleert er nog een verzamelaar met hun singles. Die is ook de moeite waard.
Possessed, Prime Evil en Temples Of Ice zijn van een beduidend minder niveau.

kvind er geen ene drol aan eigenlijk, gisteren bij mn vriendin black metal gehoord, en het kon me niet lang boeien

British black metal pioneers VENOM caused a state of panic and mayhem during the recording of their latest tracks in their Newcastle, U.K. studio, according to a posting on the group's web site. While bassist/vocalist Conrad "Cronos" Lant was recording his bass, a crack appeared along the studio ceiling, covering the engineer, desk and other equipment in dust and debris. Everyone panicked and ran out of the building. Structural engineers were called in and immediately set about rigging the building up with scaffolding to secure the place. "We now know that an internal supporting wall in the building had collapsed [due to the intensity of the bass frequencies] causing one of the supports to fail," said VENOM drummer Antton. Obviously this was a problem ready to happen, but Cronos said he takes full responsibility and makes no apologies for having such a massive sound. "It's my job," he laughed. "It's what I do, and it just shows how insanely heavy the new VENOM album is, it's a musical El Nino." The session will be on hold for a couple of weeks until the building is secured.

Het titelnummer klinkt erg lekker, er is iets veranderd bij venom. Het rost, maar het rost op een andere manier.
